What's great about this band is their eclectic sound and meaningful lyrics - not to mention that they are just beginning their musical career. The band often weaves driving power chords with nice rhythmic melodies. To stay fresh, they'll often change up the tempo of the song to set a different mood. The mood is also set so brilliantly by their poetry through songwriting. The main lyricist is the band's bassist, A.J. Babcock. He often uses metaphors to portray a greater idea, taking on subjects from propagation of corruption in "Buckets for Bullet Wounds" to opinions on religion in "Serial Sleepers". So, between their thought-provoking words and infectious music you'll find something great, and we can only expect it to get better.
