Our beloved friends with the west coast flavor, LP Stiles, have breached stardom and released their first official, pressed EP: A Modest Proposal. Having personally seen them live on more than a few occasions, along with extensive one on one time with the record, I confidently say you're getting your money's worth. Each track is more or less a full juke as the band establishes a theme before eventually throwing you a very welcomed curveball - transitions, modulations, melody, syncopation, and surprises fill out each of LP Stiles' originals and keep the songs as complex as they are easy to listen to. At under $6, you can't beat it.
